Frustrated by the lack of sophisticated non-alcoholic options that matched the quality and ritual of traditional spirits, she founded Bel Nada to create bold, layered flavours using natural ingredients and high-alpine botanicals, all crafted with Swiss precision. Originally from the UK and having spent much of her life in Switzerland, Rebecca combines her background in culinary arts with a passion for entrepreneurship and sustainability. Since launching the brand, she has grown Bel Nada across Switzerland and into the UK, championing a more inclusive, modern drinking culture where choosing not to drink alcohol is celebrated rather than questioned. Through Bel Nada, she hopes to inspire people to embrace moderation without compromising on flavour, experience, or connection.
