Tim O'Neill is the Chief Operating Officer of SōRSE Technology, the water-soluble emulsion platform behind many of the best-known cannabis-infused beverages on the market. He has been at the cutting edge of the infused beverage category since the groundbreaking days of state-level cannabis markets, and has helped scale it from a niche experiment into a global category: nationally across the USA and internationally in Canada, Thailand, Europe, Africa, and South America.

Tim joined SōRSE in 2018 to build its international business from the ground up, securing the company's first international order and steering it through the full gauntlet of regulatory compliance, customs, and cross-border logistics that defines cannabis commerce. As COO, he now oversees the day-to-day execution of SōRSE's corporate strategy, championing water-soluble emulsion technology as the backbone of the infused beverage category and partnering with brands, beverage manufacturers, and operators to bring consistent, safe, great-tasting products to new markets.
